The firm is a member of the Private Companies Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is also registered with the newly formed Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Our firm, pursuant to professional standards and regulatory requirements, maintains a system of quality control to ensure that accounting and auditing services are competently delivered and adequately supervised. One of the procedures required by this system of quality control is to undergo a peer review at least once every three years. A peer review is conducted by an independent CPA firm that reviews the firm's system of quality control and issues a report which expresses an opinion on whether the system of quality controls has been designed to meet the quality control standards for an accounting and auditing practice established by the AICPA. Our firm's last peer review report dated November 2, 2007 and approved by the AICPA on March 26, 2008 was an unmodified report without comments which is considered the best report possible. We have posted this report below to make it available to our clients and to demonstrate our commitment to provide quality professional services.
